Online order that got cancelled after 1+ hours of waiting and refund was not given. The DoorDash driver assigned through the Taco Bell app never received or was notified about the order and there was not help from Taco Bell after DoorDash did all the could to help.
The food was fine but all the tables were dirty and there was not a single napkin available.
I was the only person in line had food missing wow that's wild paid 30 dollars for my family to eat and got a wrong order I tried to call they won't answer the phone!
Waited in the drive through from 10:02 to 10:57. I ordered a $7 lux box and there were 3 cars ahead of me. I’m not sure what they’re doing back there, but management needs to hire some people who don’t suck at this job.
