Best Taco Bell I've had in quite a long time! Super fresh and generous portions which I have not known from them in recent years
We have lived downtown and frequented this location for over 10 years- we’ve been through and seen it all. The drive through is notoriously slow, and we ‘know’ that going into the order. ‘But’ the food quality and service is always spot on. A few weeks ago on some off hours we visited and the drive through service was surprisingly quick. Not only that, Nyia B was working the window and she was awesome! I was just in there and the girl working there was beyond annoyed to have to take my order and do her job. I will not be going back, I'll drive wherever it isn't this location. I paid $18 to be treated like I'm an annoyance.
If 0 stars would be an option I’d leave that customer service is unprofessional here they supposedly can’t cancel an order placed in Error Deleted the Taco Bell app after being charged for one order staff gave my order away to people in the restaurant and expect me to handle this through the app…
