This is my neighborhood Taco Bell and they consistently let me down on the weekends :/… if you go through the drive through they try to actively avoid taking your order by saying it will take too long or they don’t have certain stuff. And if you order on door dash they always forget things. I think management needs a wake up call to help this Taco Bell thrive and accept their busiest time for business on the weekends and welcome orders. Workers are okay, can't ever get an order right, but their attitude is okay. Food always taste inedible here as of the past year. It's like you can taste the dirtiness of their equipment. Portion size has gotten better, but if the food is inedible, it's kind of pointless.
Please go to any other Taco Bell location!! Just now, we waited at the speaker for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment of our presence. There was no cars in the parking lot or in the drive thru. No reason for them to not come to the speaker. Only wanted some drinks. I asked manager for 2 cups of water he was rude and said we don’t do that even after I asked to purchase them shitty establishment would not recommend
