Great food, friendly staff
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my recent $30 order. The food was completely unacceptable, as it was missing the sauces that were clearly listed as part of the items I ordered. These sauces are essential, and without them, the entire meal tasted awful and not worth what I paid. To make matters worse, I took extra steps to ensure this wouldn’t happen. The manager needs to be fired, as he is not capable of being a manager. If he remains in this position, the rating will continue to go down. The best decision would be to remove him, as he is not fit for the role and does not provide proper leadership or customer service. To be a manager, you need basic professionalism, accountability, and the ability to handle customer issues properly—none of which were shown in him.
Worst workers and worst manager, all of whom have no customer service skills at all. This entire team showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect for customers. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they blamed the delivery driver and the customer, which is unacceptable.
