This Taco Bell messed up our order. We called and talked to a manager named Karen and she said we could come back for a remake. We tried to go back several times during the day but they were always closed. We finally made it back to get our remack with the receipt and they denied our remake saying it had been too long. The customer service needs alot of work not very friendly i have had so many orders wrong and was treated very disrespectful at the drive through. Even when i tried to make her smile and brighten her day got disrespect. I feel like going inside this restaurant should be an option but there door remains locked. I hope things start to change
