The young black girl at the windows was very rude over the speaker, and could tell she didn't enjoy her job. So when I got to the window I told her if she's not going to be nice to customers then she shouldn't be on a headset. And she replied what? With a scoul on her face .. rolled her eyes and before I could finish what I was going to say she slammed the windows on me.
