Ordered for a noon pickup for a work function. Arrived at 11:55 and the food was done. Drove four mins to work opened them and everything was ice cold! Clearly they made it and let it sit on the shelf. There was an employee asleep in the dining room when I picked up. Ordered 25 sauces and received none. I did contact them and was told they don’t do refunds but I could come pick up more. I could not leave work again to do this. $65 spent and it was the absolute worst Taco Bell ever.

so first we placed a pick up order to grab the order and eat inside and then it took them 25 minutes to make this pick up order and while we were waiting, we saw this guy get 10 tacos and they just put them all on a tray, not in a bag and when he asked for a bag, they looked at him like he was dumb and then he told us that he ordered all of them with no lettuce and all of them came with lettuce and then we get our food and everything’s in the wrong box we also had a kid in a wheelchair with us and there were no ramps near do... read more

Thank you taco bell drive thru for making it possible for me to order food bobtailing a tractor. I was starving & it all worked out.

This Taco Bell SUCKS!!! The only good thing about them is that it is open 24hrs. The service sucks and is extremely SLOW. They give you the smallest tacos ever and even tho they take a long ass time to give you your food it’s still always COLD and sometimes you can tell it’s been sitting for awhile.
