Literally, the rudest person I have ever met in my life. I’ve literally been in this drive-through for 20 minutes waiting for my order that I have placed online and they have the audacity to be rude to me. Unprofessional will not come back. This is the worst Taco Bell in Columbus stay the hell away from this place.
Employee instructed me to use the kiosk to order and pay with card or the counter to pay with cash.. I continued to stand at the counter while she turned away and chatted with the Drive Thru worker. After several minutes I was asked if I wanted to order. Then the Cashier asked me what Pintos and Cheese is. She had another employee key it in for her..then said she couldn't break my $100 bill.
