absolutely ridiculous. i received my food and noticed there was no cheese sauce for my fries, and my fries were spilt all over the bottom of the bag, also cold. then i go to eat my fiesta potatoes and realized it wasn’t even the potatoes, completely different than what i ordered. wait time was super long, always is. people there are super rude and dry and take super long to ask for your order.
Soggy fries, no meat in the crunch wrap, soggy tortilla on the crunchwrap, overall....not great. Sad
Made us wait for the food then order my kid a hard taco and it was in pieces. Tocos stuck on the wrappers. Will not be returning!!
I dont usually rate fast food places but this was the best taco bell ive gone to tbh. The music was catchy and the employees were so energetic and nice and they are NOT stingy on the food at all! Ive never walked into a fast food place and felt such fun vibes before lol. It was also really clean and nice :)
