Just left this location. The young lady who was working drive thru was very impatient and unprofessional when it comes to customer service. Barely said one item I was trying to order before being interrupted abruptly to be asked was that it. When I stated no and proceeded to try and order the rest of my order I was again cut off when I was speaking. She was very dismissive when I was speaking and I will never return to this location. Used mobile app was missing half of my order when wnet Thur the drive thru . They were out of mild sauce drink machine was frozen when I went inside to get my order fixed onions began falling out of packages when the removed items from the bag. I ordered no onions .Staff was rude and when I finally just asked for a refund after such a fiasco was rudely told that I must use the app for an order refund . Save your money incompantent works that do not care about they're jobs.
Awful!!!! Employees have very little initiative to make it a better place. Management none existent. Recommend finding a different location. Not to mention the place was dirty as all get out.
Didn’t give me all my items and it was a small order. How do you mess that up?
I love Taco Bell. You can make healthy choices here. Plus, it is not crazy expensive! The staff here is always great.
