Ordered via the mobile app at 6:45 pm. Arrived at 7:05. At 8:17 my order still wasn't prepared. When they finally gave me my order, it was wrong and just not worth the time getting them to correct it. Also didn't get any of the drinks. Don't waste your time.
Don’t go inside to pick up your mobile order. They just ignore you, and complete the drive thru orders above everyone else, which totally defeats the purpose of placing a mobile order. It took almost 30 minutes to get them to make my order. To make it worse, I was always the “next” order being made, or at least until someone new arrived in the drive thru line. They are just the worst, and they don’t care! THIS IS A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!!!! Try to actually be fast; 30 minutes is ridiculous. Have some pride in your work.
