Being a senior, I hate no one takes my order. Plenty of workers, but t NO ONE IS HELPFUL.. EVEN when they see you struggling. They just ignore. ... I am having all my senior friends not to give our money to any fast food with this advanced system, and won't help you OR MAKE YOU FEEL THAT YOU ARE BEING A MENACE.
ordered a breakfast crunch wrap & the hash brown was rock hard. literally couldn’t even finish it because i couldn’t chew the hash brown at all 0/10 i am so disappointed

The gentleman was very friendly he asked me how my day was going which hardly ever happens at a Taco Bell or fast food restaurant. So it's good customer service and the food was also excellent.
