When I walked into the establishment, I walked up to the counter to place my order. Your worker came back from the back and asked me if I was picking up an order and I said no. I would like to place an order to go. She then pointed to the kiosk behind me and said “you can use that.” Now to me, this is rude because if I wanted to use the kiosk, I would’ve walked up to the kiosk. I went through drive through pretty quickly they had my food to me very quickly
Got two cheese quesadillas last month with no sauce. Came with sauce called put my name on the books went to go in 3 weeks later and obviously I dont have a receipt a month later and now no food or refund because they dont have the name. Ended my order early told me to have a nice day even though I wasn't done ordering and was ordering a lot of food and only had the one replacement...rude...doesn't write down names and ALWAYS MESSES UP ORDERS
