Watched a customer open every single item to make sure it was correct. I laughed thinking she was funny for that until I got home and half my order isn't even there. This place sucks.
We had a little mix-up with my food. It's okay, that's just life. But the way they handled it truly earns my respect. Everyone was as polite and smiled. Not one but two different people made sure I was helped. The food was wonderful and I appreciate all of it. As someone with almost 10 years of management experience now and four and a half of those being in fast food. They really stood out.
Order is never damn correct every time we go.
