If you order thru the Taco Bell app they place your order for dead last. Ordered for ASAP mobile pickup thru the app. Got to the restaurant about 5 minutes after placing the order, 10 minutes early to the app’s “pick-up” time. Workers asked if I was a dasher (I’m not) and said my order is being prepared. Order wasn’t completed until 12 minutes after my stated time. Total time to get this food: 30 minutes. Employees are too lazy to change out drink syrups or add napkins to a bag. Such a clean Taco Bell to have some of the worst service.
I went inside the lobby around 5-6ish PM on a weekday. I used the screens to order because I can take my time, change my mind if need be, and see the menu with pricing better. My wait from start to finish was between 5 to 10 minutes. After the wait, one of their workers called my name and handed me a bag with only 75% of what I paid for. I'm not talking one or two missing tacos, folks -- I'm saying if the bag was supposed to have 10 items, there was only freaking three.
