I heard the employees tell another customer how they ran out of beef tonight and with my order I had a beef supreme burrito. They didn’t tell me anything about my food and put the tiniest bit of meat only at the bottom of the burrito and stuffed the rest of it with beans. That’s just terrible and ignorant
The gentleman at the window is very friendly and nice customer service is great
I’m not a big fan of Taco Bell but we stopped in this morning to get my daughters some Cinnabon bites and Ash made out of experience that much more amazing. He we so kind hearted and friendly. He should teach a class on customer service!!! Amazing job from him!
It’s always a hit or miss with the food. But there is this one employee I absolutely love! Sadly I don’t know his name. He has so much energy, so sweet and funny! We need more people like this 🩷
