Have consistently gotten friendly service over the months of coming here. The drive thru folks are always kind, and I've yet to have a mistaken order! Kristen (spelling may be off) and team was fast and friendly!
Shockingly bad. Every single tortilla, whether soft or crunchy, was totally stale. Was given tostada shells for my mexican pizza, which is wrong, and the tostada shells were also extremely stale. Additionally, my Mt. Dew tasted like carbonated water. The employees did nothing to rectify the issues when I complained.
The district manager and the gm, and store manager, need a knowledge lesson in time change. The last 4 years, every time the time changes your store is dark, looks closed, do you think it is funny!, I was laugh at in the store when I brought up the subject. This is a business, not a joke!, your lost sakes at those times is substantially more then you thing!
