Tried to get food here 4 times in one week and NEVER was able to. Twice no once answered the drive through speaker and lobby doors were locked. Other two times they said the card reader was down (for a full week?) And one of those times I was stuck in line unable to drive by for 35 freaking minutes!! ( I watched thr clock) It takes actual effort to run a place this poorly. It's like someone is trying to give the owner a reason to close it down
This place is a joke!! I waited over 15 minutes for 3 side orders of chicken (my dog loves it) and a grilled cheese burrito - the burrito didn’t have ANY cheese on it . . . literally NONE!! I had to go back because I didn’t get my iced-tea and the princess at the window was filing her nails, seriously, filing her nails. The phone was busy for over one hour then I just gave up!! Hey Taco Bell do better!!!
This place is a damn shame! Closed at 5:45pm on a Monday for no reason. It was closed the other day when we came too. What the heck is going on with this location? I came to complain and seeing all these other reviews, and no improvement, I don't know why I bother. Bottom line, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
