Shameful needs to be closed down
For some years now I have been trying to make sense of this particular establishment. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But nine times out of ten, it’s the same unsatisfactory customer service . this location declined so much in the past year. I can't even get them to take my order. the first time I was told to come back because it was shift change. I asked when I could come back and there was no response. the second time was today, I was the only car in line at 10am. No one answered the intercom at all. As I was leaving, I saw a man standing by the register putting on gloves. this location is TERRIBLE.
Ordered the avocado ranch burrito and taco that's currently some new items. I don't think I got either of them and got just a regular burrito and soft taco. Also didn't get the 2 packs of the new flavor of Cinnabon delights that recently came out. That's the second time in a row I've ordered there and wasted $2 for Cinnabon delights I didn't even get. I waited almost 40 minutes just to get 3 tacos and they didn't had people.
