Waited at the Drive-thru for about 5 mins. No one took my order. At least say someone will be with you in a minute. Asked twice if they where open. No response.
Still terrible I order online as they are only taking online orders or mobile after 8pm as per usual. I asked for all mild sauce and got no sauce at all. Please hire people that can read and want to work!
Went through the drive thru and ordered a black bean Crunchwrap fresco style it was made straight up took a bite into it and had to go back in to tell them it was supposed to be fresco style they asked if I was lactose intolerant (like it matters) I replied vegan…. Got my second one was only told “my fault” (I know) and my second one still had sour cream in it! A vegan who had to bite into two different animal products after a long night of work. Never coming back
