On Friday 8/29/25, I ordered off the mobile app and had it set to be picked up at 1 PM. Food of course wasn’t ready because this Taco Bell in Euclid is usually a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s waiting there and it’s a grab and go or in this case I had to wait probably 20 minutes before I got my order which was also during my work lunch break. They also didn’t have the new Steak Street Chalupas and asked me if I wanted to substitute for another type of Chalupas which was also annoying. Just don’t even bother food nasty customer service is horrible and fast food yeah right was told would have to wait 30 minutes for some damn tacos.
We ordered at the kiosk, then went to the counter to ask for cups. The manager lady pretended not to see us. One of the tables had its top ripped off. The tacos and burrito arrived quick and were good, but when we asked for Mild sauce. “We out.” But the restrooms were gross - they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. And I means days, not hours.
