First - the way to drive in is too narrow. Second - the AI ordering system at the window is terrible. If you’re going to use AI, then it should be able to answer my questions and remove incorrect items. Visit to this store resulted in an incorrect order. When I brought this up at the window I was told they could not make adjustments or corrections at the window. I just didn’t have the energy to go inside. Wont be going back.
Update: They still suck. I bought a large Baja and they seriously left 4 inches of the cup EMPTY!!! Why on earth would I order a large if I only wanted a medium in actual soda? Still takes 30 minutes to get the food and have to go in because they miss something or have the wrong food. I came here to get food two days apart and both days, they got my order wrong. They either don’t put something in the bag that I order or they give me the completely wrong combo meal. And one pump of cheese in the container for nacho fries. Abs... read more
