Went thru drive thru to order. AI bot was responding. My son asked about the cheesy street tacos. The AI bot said they were out of them. He wanted to confirm that was correct so he asked if anybody was listening on the headset n said he wanted to see if they had the street tacos. I came here to get food two days apart and both days, they got my order wrong. They either don’t put something in the bag that I order or they give me the completely wrong combo meal. And one pump of cheese in the container for nacho fries. Absolutely annoying.
Terrible Service. Went through the drive thru and AI Automated machine took the order and messed everything up. Didn't get what I ordered and charged double of what it should have been. Worst experience ever. Tried to contact through online contact form and no response!
Didn't even get the right food, the wrong burritos weren't even folded properly, and they disconnected the phone after I tried to call.
