Went through the drive through where they asked if I’d like to use my card for points, I said yes and then sat for 5 minutes in complete silence. I figured maybe something was wrong with the intercom. I went inside to get service and several of the workers made direct eye contact but looked at me like I was roadkill and said nothing, no acknowledgment whatsoever. Should there for 10 minutes and not one person said a word to me. They weren’t busy, just rude and clearly not enjoying being there.
The night shift on 10/30/2024 and 10/25/2024 clearly don't have functioning brains. I've ordered from DoorDash twice on those nights and received missing or just flat out wrong items in my order. I know this is not the Dashers fault because SOME of my order has been in the bag. I rarely leave reviews and I understand that human error happens but this is ridiculous and whoever in charge needs to be ashamed of who they've hired. The drive through was terrible. The boy who is working there is rude and explosive. No respect whatsoever. This is the first at Taco Bell.
Constantly dropping the ball with failing to include all the items in the order. Food is good and place itself is fine. But clearly the process for rushing to get orders out the window doesnt have the proper means of quality control.
