My daughter and I ate inside the restaurant and it was horrible. Every time a customer pulled up to the drive through to order you could hear two female employees complaining about more customers this was on April 3rd at 130pm. My daughter wanted something else after we had ordered and received our food but after waiting at the counter for over five minutes while the employees looked at me we decided to go order it from another place. My dad ordered cheese quesadillas for me and we clearly requested no jalapeño sauce due to an allergy, which the staff acknowledged. However, both quesadillas still contained jalapeño sauce. When I returned to explain, the employees argued with each other and handled the situation unprofessionally. Food allergies should be taken seriously, and this experience was disappointing. That said, the food itself was good.
I went here March 1st. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes because the dine in is always closed only to get up to the window and have the guy working tell me that they couldn't make my order because the staff wasn't there to make it! I will not come back here until someone else is running the place or something. I wish we could get a cool Taco Bell in this town like the one in California! Has a bar at the beach and they serve alcohol!
I went in to order at counter and nobody to wait on me. They evidently only do drive thru orders. I guess inside is only to pick up app orders. Nobody tells you anything. Horrible service. Food is good. What a shame this place isnt managed better. Wasted my whole lunch break in drive thru line.
