I order 9 spicy potato soft taco today but potatos were not fresh and was old. I specifically requested for fresh potatoes .some time I ordered the potatoes were fresh and very soft .But this time its very hard and dry.
Ordered thur the mobile app order wasn’t ready when it said on the app which is fine waited an extra 5min or so which is also fine but all my food being cold is not fine employees were ignoring people trying to talk to them
Shoutout to Robbie for his Costumer Service, I was in a rush and becuase of his quick assistance in getting me my order he in turn helped me arrive to my destination on time. Taco Bell needs more employees like him.
The employees need better attitudes. You having bad day is not the customer fault. I’m confused on when bad attitudes came with the food. ? But hey, just wanted to let you know your staff rude. Why round up if they don’t care?
