I would have spoken to the restaurant, had someone answered any calls, but 4 cups of sour cream does not replace cheese on a Nachos BellGrande. If you have zero cheese in house, say so. That way customers can just change their order or leave. Instead, i got home with what might have been supper but instead is trash. I usually request no sour cream, but forgot, so that's my bad. You assuming covering the entire thing to hide the lack of an ounce of cheese was your bad. Inedible soggy mess. Do better.
Was 30 min wait for 6 tacos and two burritos. Poor service and employees are terrible
Just went through the drive thru with two separate orders. Made me pay for my two orders and didn’t even give me my food. I was handed the luxe box and a separate bag that I assumed was my food and drove home. To my surprise when I made it home my second order was not there, instead it was a bag of sauces, and I live on the opposite side of town. Phones going straight to voicemail. Safe to say I’m highly pissed off to have wasted $15 on absolutely nothing.
The lady with the cheetah mask needs to learn what customer service is because she has no clue what it means, asked her a simple question to check on my order and chose to ignore the questio, she genuinely was being rude, plus the restaurant wasn’t even busy!
