I work overnight shifts an this is one of the few places on my side of town that is open late. The first night 11/5/25 I showed up at 1245 and was told they were only accepting mobile and cash only orders. Okay I get it card reader could be down. The second time 11/6/25 I showed up at 128 an again was told they were only accepting mobile or DoorDash orders… Why are you saying you’re open later when you won’t even serve people coming through the drive thru? Erin(aron) however you spell it. She slammed the window and refused to give me her name until a manager told me. Had no name tag, wouldnt have known she was a customer and not an emplyee if management would not have stepped in. She was wearing a pink zip up hoodie and extremely rude. Stop asking if people want to donate to charity when they are the charities!!!! Call me! I want to speak with someone. $2.76 for a meal is cheaper than the grocery store. How do customers become the charity????
Rude staff
One staff member continually socialized with a former employee who was leaning and hanging all over the counter. Aren't people here to work. Some are and apparently some are not!!
I’m genuinely disgusted with this fast food chain and this location specifically. I am beyond livid in ways words will never be able to describe. I placed my mobile order on doordash at 1am sharp. I get there at 1:10am. Then I wait for my order (Just 2 orders of tacos) until 2am. That is a 45 minute wait. Then the only employee working on a Friday night kicked EVERYONE out.
