as someone who’s managed a fast food place before, I usually am super patient and understanding of being busy. but whoever the MANAGER was working 10/18/2025 night shift was absolutely terrible. I stood up in the dining room for 10 minutes waiting for my mobile order without a single staff member coming up to check in.
