I ordered online, made it to the drive thru for pick up. One of the individuals at the window said there was no nacho fries and would give me a replacement item. Then she took another 5 mins to finish my order while I'm waiting at the window for her to give me my food and it was still missing the replacement item that was offered since they said they can't do refunds on mobile order. Whoever is working breakfast on 04/19 good service and I think I just had the best tasting breakfast I’ve ever had from Taco Bell. And the different items were labeled which was nice. Great Job!
I will NEVER return to this Taco Bell, I ordered a chicken nugget luxe box, a chipotle chicken wrap, and a chicken avocado stacker, I would have ordered a jalapeño honey mustard chicken slider but it was not available on the menu despite having all the ingredients for it. My 5 chicken nuggets were the first problem, instead of nuggets I got 10-11 tiny fried pieces of breading with no chicken in them absolutely inedible, my large nacho fries ended up getting mixed up with loaded fiesta potatoes (not even close guys), and last... read more
