I always come to this location and have never had an issue until tonight (06/09). Whoever was working the night shift drive-thru should be spoken to about the way I was treated. I pulled up and asked for a drink, but I couldn’t hear him clearly when he said they were out of it. He got what sounded frustrated with me for not hearing him, so I ordered something else. I rarely go and revise a review, I went for a late night dinner with my family and yes, initially there missing items but when I called Maia and her co-worker did make it right. Still my favorite Taco Bell, always my go to.
Go to this store all the time and it's literally always fast, fresh, and delicious, every worker at this location should make at least $2 more than any other taco bell.
I find it quite irritating how every time I have a mobile order for the lobby / inside every worker decide to run to the back or hide in the bathroom when you need assistance.. today was very ridiculous usually I wouldn’t mind because their usually busy but today wasn’t when I arrived. I had to wait in the lobby an extra 15 minutes just for a drink they forgot mind you I said excuse me to the younger black employee with glasses and Piercings abt 3 times before she finally came to help me while everyone else ran to the back t... read more
