Bought 4 chalupas, cost over 22 bucks only to be cold (not even warm) and stuck to the wrapper...Total B.S.
terrible management. Wouldn’t let me exchange the fries they messed up in the 1st place, how hard is it to not over cook them. don’t come here, you might aswell eat rocks or something from outside.
Terrible management. they burnt the fries they were like rocks and we asked if they can exchange them at the window and the lady said “my manager wont let me do that”. why not replace something we paid for that you burnt? waste of money. do not go here if you want bad tasting food.
I will not be returning to taco bell. You can't just go inside and order with a human being it has to be on a kiosk with a card no cash. Apparently humans can't help you inside with that. So 2 to 3 humans are inside to literally just make food and hand it out. The drive through is more of the same. Talking to an A.I. virtual assistant. If it is too stupid to take the order then and only the can you get a human to help with orders. Tech garbage has completely ruined this place like many others and the food is terrible.
