Walk in customer. Stood at counter a good 5 minutes while multiple people looked at me and walked away. Finally a young man asked if he could help me. I asked if I could just place an order WITHOUT the kiosk. He laughed and said only through the kiosk. The kiosk requires the taco bell app which I don't have and don't want. Ridiculous you can't just place an order....
Dont come during the evening hours. Been waiting in line for almost a hour. Common occurrence at this location. By far the worst taco bell I've been too and I've been to alot of them through the years. Would just leave but there drive through is all blocked off
I've been in this freaking drive thru from 22 minutes and there are still three cars i front of me!!! Do better Chestnut Commons Taco Bell!!!
