To be honest with the drastic increase in process the lack of decent low dollar options and the flat out horrible monthly offers it's Taco Bell is begging us to go else where and won't be wasting my time on a place that thinks selling seasoned fries at an extreme premium is a good idea come on their chicken fingers are like a dollar over any one else's for one less finger

They forgot my drink and instead of getting my drink they just handed me a cup and said get it myself. My fries were cold. And they didn't give me any hot sauce. So pretty terrible!
Went through the Drive-Thru about 10 minutes ago, and two things were left out of my bag. A Doritos Locos Taco, and A Bean Burrito. I attempted to call two times, and the phone just kept on ringing. The third call I got a busy signal, and the fourth call I was another busy signal.... I waited 5 minutes, and then I called again, and it just went back to ringing. This is unacceptable! Cantina burrito might as well been constructed and rolled by a 6 year old. Steak poblano quesadilla was very cold in the middle & none of the cheese was melted.
