This was by far the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. We waited almost 50 minutes for our food. When I asked the "supervisor" why it was taking so long, she told me that the drive-thru is the priority. Seriously? What kind of customer service policy is that? Got a large order two crunch wraps, 2 beefy bean burritos, 2 chips and nacho cheese, 2 doritos locos tacos, and a LARGE drink. I ordered online when I got to the window they told me they had no more large cups, whatever, but they offered me no option of fixing this because I payed for a LARGE and got a SMALL CUP.
