Been standing at the register for over 15 mins. Not one person has acknowledged me. All seem to be minding their business in the back and don't care to notice the lobby full of customers they have standing around. I would have walked out already if I had not already paid for my order online. Poorly managed operation.
Was more worried about drive through. Lady came in and asked if her door dash was ready manager said they were busy and she could just cancel it.
