Poor customer service. Store dining area was dirty. Music was obnoxious and loud. I look Taco Bell food, but definitely will not eat at the Taco Bell in Grants, NM. It's a substandard restaurant.
If i could give zero stars i would..i usually like taco bell but lately it's had the worst service I've seen in the entire state..Horrible service ..had a lady scream over the com at us over no large just medium when we never mentioned anything about large or medium on anything..she was super rude..food was made with no care ..half of our food wasn't even in the bag.. Had my heart set on an enchirito. Thankfully I ordered 2. Double disappointment. The first one didn't have enough sauce on it. The second one was folded over like a taco - not rolled like a open-end burrito, it too didn't have enough sauce on it. Someone needs to show these folks how to make a enchirito.
They literally looked at me and saw right past me. The manager did the same wouldn’t leave his desk although his team is struggling. No hello, business is closed or front end is closed. Just silence and awkward stares. Negative stars in my opinion. Don’t waste your hard earned money here go anywhere but here.
If I could leave a zero I would. Constantly mess up your order and then tell you to there’s nothing they can do.
