They literally looked at me and saw right past me. The manager did the same wouldn’t leave his desk although his team is struggling. No hello, business is closed or front end is closed. Just silence and awkward stares. Negative stars in my opinion. Don’t waste your hard earned money here go anywhere but here.

The man who helped me was very kind however that unfortunately only goes so far. I ordered two black bean Crunchwrap supremes fresco style with potatoes added, making the meal vegan. I am in the middle of a 12 hour drive and Taco Bell is one of the easiest and cheapest vegan options I can find anywhere. Today I had purchased two orders of the Discovery Luxe box and I wasn’t even satisfied with how it was packed. Normally the items are in a box but I ended up getting all confused and got frustrated. Plus the Doritos Locos Tacos was soggy!!! The ladies were pretty rude. Bad customer service

Staying next door in a hotel, I figured we would grab 5 taco crunchy supremes with extra cheese. Take the 2 minute walk back to the room and get ready to chow down. Unfortunately, the shells were soggy like we picked up food and drove it home on a 30 minute trip. The tacos had a strange, unappealing taste that was not expected.
