2 out of the 3 doors were locked, I would have thought it was closed had their not been a few people inside. Need to unlock the doors and hold your people accountable...
I was driving late at night and stopped through the gas station next door, so I decided to get some taco bell. I have had Taco Bell all over the country, most are at least ok. The worst ones that stand out are definitely in Saint Louis, and one of the three in Springfield, Illinois. Usually this is because of the service or the cleanliness. Went there on 3/8/2025 at about 9:30 AM and the drive thru worker was incredibly rude and unprofessional while taking my order. Would not go back.
**Disappointed by Lack of Service** As a truck driver, I couldn't order at this Taco Bell because they don't allow walk-in drive-through service. It's frustrating that they don't accommodate customers who can't fit their vehicles through the drive-through. I hope this policy changes to better serve everyone.
