Price-to-value is drastically disproportionate. Food quality has stayed the same but service quality is non-existent while prices have skyrocketed. For lunch dine-in service today there were no employees at the counter to take orders so we were forced to use the kiosk with a clunky user interface (not a good customer experience) while an employee played on his phone with his back to the counter the entire time.
