I waited in line for a very long time, the person at the window asked me to pull around to a different parking spot. They brought out my food to me after about 15 minutes. They gave me two coupons for free tacos considering I had to wait so long. I asked if all of my food was there and they said yes, I started to go through the bag and then the guy brought out a second bag of food And apologized. Price-to-value is drastically disproportionate. Food quality has stayed the same but service quality is non-existent while prices have skyrocketed. For lunch dine-in service today there were no employees at the counter to take orders so we were forced to use the kiosk with a clunky user interface (not a good customer experience) while an employee played on his phone with his back to the counter the entire time.
