Worst Taco Bell i have ever been to. Ordered chicken supreme chalupas and theyre was no visible chicken, all lettuce and tomatoes
I visit this Taco Bell twice a week and I probably won’t come back. The guy that took my order had me repeat it several times because he could hear me. He couldn’t hear me because there was extremely loud music in his background. I thought it was from the restaurant speakers but when I got to the drive thru window I was booming even louder because it was his personal speaker.
The cashier was clueless about her job. Had to go back to the counter several times for her to correct my order! Over charged (2x) for a 5 piece chicken nuggets ($13.49), then gave me mac and cheese instead of mashed potatoes (which was stared on the receipt), then forgot my son's taco (gave him a taco with frozen lettuce). This place is a complete joke and I'm 1000% sure there are food violations!! I truly hope the owner of this franchise reads these reviews!!!
The worst place i have ever been to when it comes to customer service. Everyone that worked there cared more about their nails than taking your order. The food tasted and looked like it was made 10 days ago. I recommend to avoid.
