Placed an online order to be ready and 25 min later in ended up calling because no one helped me at the counter.
Chicken was dry and over cooked, customer service was poor, not a good place.

I've been to this location multiple times, but after this last visit, I felt completely dismissed. I had proof that the app malfunctioned and charged me incorrectly (again), but instead of listening or offering any understanding, the manager insisted on policy and refused to acknowledge what I was clearly showing him.
