Not able to get your own beverages as the homeless run this place. The bathrooms don't have a code so trying to use it was impossible. The sauce packets/ napkins were behind the counter.

Placed an online order to be ready and 25 min later in ended up calling because no one helped me at the counter.
Chicken was dry and over cooked, customer service was poor, not a good place.
