Taco bell is always one of my favorites, but this location has the worst customer service you could ever have. I stood at the counter for an insanely long time and the girl just looked over at me a couple times until I literally told her nevermind and still didn't even get a reply. Horrible service
First time I went there they forgot all of my sauces. The next time I sat for 5 minutes waiting to order so I just left.
Wanted to customize the Luxe box like how they offer on the app and every other Taco Bell location, the lady taking our order said they can’t make customizations and I know she said that just so she wouldn’t have to make the slight adjustment to my box.
Really slow drive thru service.
