Taco Bell on Pell City, now come on y'all need to do better than watch you doing. It's sad when you go through the drive-thru order your food you have cars behind you. You don't want to go through all your Taco Bell sacks you get home your order is not right, there's no Taco Bell sauce in your bag at all. Placed a mobile order for ahead since it was late, sat in drive through and when I got to window, they asked me to go park for 3 minutes then come back through. Why they couldn’t walk the order out I’m not sure, but I ended up having to wait in line for another 8 minutes or so before I got back up to the window and food was room temp at this point.
I went to this location on Saturday ordered food that had to be returned due to not being made correctly. When I returned the food I asked to have it remade as it was made wrong and was never given a chance to have my food made correctly I was given the refund when asked but the mgr provided such horrible service she refused to place the money in my hand she abruptly put it on the counter walked away.
