Just about every time I order online and pick up my food I order the freezes and every single time I order one their machines are always “defrosting” and I don’t go at the same time either it’s always different times of the day when I go and they are never up and running, I also always get other foods in the food that I order like lettuce onion etc in food that doesn’t have that in it. Very poor service and very poor food quality.
Didn’t get my Cinnabon delights. There’s a reason they get paid the minimum…
This place has been going downhill since they opened 😟 Four of our Cantina Chicken Bowls were half full. The meat was dry and looked old and they were all cold. I brought the salads back inside to ask about them. One worker stopped chatting long enough to call the supervisor up front , when they didn't come, another worker stepped in and offered to help.
