Very slow drive thru. Every car waited several minutes at the window
Oh my, we went to the one in Ferdinand Indiana on the 17th. we waited an hour and twenty minutes. There was about 5 other customers in the store ahead of us. 4 workers. After we were there about a hour and ten minutes three other workers clocked in. The young teenage boy walked up to us, asked how long we had been waiting, we told him then he said he was going to check our order for us. He did. The food was perfect, but we waited in line for 45 minutes. There were only 6 cars in front of us. That’s over 7 minutes per car. After waiting in line all day at Holiday World, we were not prepared for this kind of wait for fast food. This location could do a lot more business if the worked on readiness. There were at least 10 cars that left behind us while we waited.
Don't go to this location. Never get what you ordered and get treated poorly by management
