I gave this store a five star review pre-COVID. It’s went downhill since then but has improved somewhat as of 2023. Customer service when they are open isn’t great but better than during the COVID recovery. Just a disappointing overall store because it’s an otherwise in a convenient spot but it just has never seemed to operate right since the pandemic and I’m not sure if it will ever truly recover. The area around soda dispenser smells like some animal crawled inside walls and died.
That was the worst experience. placed my order I waited an hr for my food and then I order extra sauce and they barley filled the cups up things didn't get moving until second shift Manager came in
