RUDE staff, slow and inaccurate. They get my order wrong almost every time. Kicked me out of line instead of trying to assist. Try another location. I won't be back here.
Terrible service at the drive-thru. The person in charge was very rude and reluctantly handed us our food. The quesadilla had hardly any chicken and wasn't even cut. Disappointing.
I ordered pick up through door dash and sent my teenage daughter and her boyfriend to pick up the order. The manager talked crap the whole time through the drive thru and upset both of them to say the least. This woman is so unpleasant as she proceeded to yell at me when I called up there to tell her to check her attitude and it was uncalled for. She obviously doesn’t like her job so please seek other employment! Be a manager with at least some professionalism or get the hell moving!
I work for door dash ! And deliver around the independence ky location and by far today was the worst service today ! Stood there for 20 mins in the lobby and the 3 people that were working looked at me didn’t even acknowledge me about after 20 mins I spoke up and they said they were out of everything and I needed to contact my customer to let them know - and they wouldn’t even help a older gentleman that was also in the lobby
