You don’t need to read a long review. I can sum it up very quickly. Extremely slow. Lost order. Dirty. Incompetent.
Just picked up an order - we waited at least 30 minutes, the order was missing two cantina chicken tacos from the cantina chicken taco MEAL, the crunch wrap was flat with nearly no meat and everything falling out, the food was cold, and the quesadilla was cut into a hack job. Was sent to voicemail when trying to call about the missing items. Disappointing. Wasted a gift card on this poor excuse for a Taco Bell.
I was in the mood for a couple of cheezy bean and rice burritos off the value menu ($1.59 each) the total was $5.20. It doesn't math $2.00 tax on $3.18 so I drove RIGHT past the window. IS THERE A NEW BUILDING TAX ON ALL ORDERS?
