I'm a pretty frequent taco bell goer, and this location is only the most recent one in which I've received undercooked or completely unfried chalupa shells. That's happening more often than not these days and two chicken chalupas supreme by themselves cost over $13. Don't worry. I'm about to make sure the other locations have their reviews too, so I'm not just picking on the one. We come here once a week for dinner. We always get great service and the food is great as well.
Waited almost 20 mins in the drive thru on Sunday night just to be told their out of most soft drinks. Can't get a box without a drink and I'm not paying for water.
Took 40 minutes to get through the drive thru, they forgot our two soft tacos that came with our meal and when we told them the people at the drive thru looked at us like we had three heads. When we got the bag for the soft tacos they still only gave us one (we didn’t realize until we left). I ordered two quesadillas and they didn’t even cut them except for one half slice in the middle. The chalupas were super hard as if they were left to sit for a while. My Crunchwrap was completely cold as well.
