I ordered the #4 Combo (Crunch Wrap Supreme and Taco). The store was not exceptionally busy but the staff did not seem bothered to walk right past customers trying to order at the counter. I had a To Go order and when I got back to my office, I found what I had smelled burning at the store wrapped up in my bag as my Crunch Wrap. I would not recommend this establishment. The outside appearance has changed but the same poor service and quality of product remains.
Why are we paying twice the price for half the amount of food these days? If prices go up, portion sizes should at least stay the same. A picture is worth a thousand words. Here's the crunch wrap...
Food is good as always, however, why does the night shift ALWAYS throw my quesadilla sideways in the smallest bag they can find...?
New building. Same ppl? Thought they had the B team working due to being so slow but not busy. But it’s the C team. All new hires?? Same spot behind one car for 10 mins before we moved. 1 car in the lot. Zero at the window. Did everyone take a break and closed shop???
