I haven't been to Utah for ages, so I decided to stop at Taco Bell to get two soft tacos and two bean burritos, no onions. I completed my order, then she said, "Oh, I'm so sorry, I completely forgot we're out of beef or beans." "Oh, whatever," she added. Maybe next time say this before someone pays with a card.
Reviews are pretty brutal and I was reluctant to order here, but my experience was great: employees were nice and welcoming, food was good, everything was nice and quick.
They are artificially inflating their prices compared to other Taco Bell locations. We found they had a cheesy bean and rice burrito listed at $4.19 for one on the value menu. Over twice what other locations charge. Each item was double what you would pay somewhere else. Do you wallet a favor and keep driving to the next Taco Bell.
The front staff here is literally so rude !! Nobody wants to deal with your attitude for no reason. They don’t care one bit about their customers. No hospitality whatsoever!
This taco bell has been the most frustrating experience. They can’t staff this to save their lives. Walk in to find a “we will be back “ sign that says 11-AM… it’s 12:15. Checked the business hours they posted on the register. Yup, they’re supposed to be open. NOPE, randomly closed on a day where Taco Bell sounded somewhat decent. The meals here are triple of what they are at any other Taco bell. I'd rather drive half an hour into Tooele to know that they will be open, and their prices are better than this Taco Bell.
