They're always very, very slow at this location
Great service! Drive thru worker was very kind and funny. Food was also prepared very well. Many taco bells are lazy and dont add all the ingredients, but I throughly enjoyed the food and the service from the employees!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell in Pauls Valley. The customer service was poor from the moment I arrived. My order was sitting on the counter, but no one informed me that it was ready, so I ended up waiting much longer than necessary. The restaurant itself was also not clean, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. I expect better customer service and a cleaner dining environment from Taco Bell. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the experience for future customers.
