I've been coming to this Taco Bell franchise for over 2 decades, and I actually despise it. Anytime I order something so SIMPLE thru the mobile app, I can truly say half of the time my order is messed up. Either I'm missing items, the lack of portions, or adding items when I want things fresco style. There's a false sense of urgency when it gets too busy.
If you’re in a time crunch, just don’t go. You will easily wait 20-30 min for your stuff. It’s annoying. The one in Johnson City is so much faster.
