Door dashed Taco Bell, ordered 2 quesadillas, one with extra jalapeño sauce and well I’ll let the photos talk for themselves😀 mind you this was at 11:49 and they close at 1. We call the store and they do not answer, then someone answers, faintly says hello, and then hangs up on us! Thank you so much for ruining our night 😔
If I could give it a 0 star we would we spent $80 and they mess up our order when we order 5 nacho fries and only gave us 1 and said that’s not there problem to go back around and order the fries and locked the door when we said we’re not leaving without our fries or refund the money back and said they will call the cops and not serve anymore smh all they got to do is get the order right and they laughing and just ignoring us now while we wait Then come home my daughter have a hair under her burrito idk if you can see it but... read more
Very disappointing experience. The dining area was under construction, and the restaurant was clearly understaffed, but that shouldn’t come at the expense of customer service. I placed my online order 20 minutes before arriving and still had to wait over more than 10 minutes. During the entire interaction, there was no greeting, no apology for the delay, and the staff had a rude, arrogant attitude.
