I am a full vegetarian and when I got home i saw beef in one of my taco. I ordered to put beans on it but this food made me mad because they gave the wrong thing. Usually when I come here it’s always good but today they didn’t reach my expectation. I’m not cool with this because im a true believer in my religion and they gave the wrong thing that I can’t eat
It’s funny that AI takes your order at the window and gets everything correct. But then you pull up to get your food and the humans can’t make sure it’s all made and put in your bag. I’m not exaggerating when I say I always have a missing or incorrect item with every order. I shouldn’t have to double check the bag every time. This also never happens at McDonalds or Wendy’s. Fast food is not that cheap anymore either for this to be happening.
I got 2 orders of 2 chicken chalupas 2 sodas and 2 plain soft tacos (everything before this is included with the meal for 2 chicken chalupas and like i said got 2 orders no more no less) 1 crunch wrap and 1 SM powerade drink and the last thing is one medium or normal sized nacho fries. I asked for the strawberry puff or strawberry cinnamon things NEVER GOT THEM and somehow only 8 items for FIFTY YEA I SAID 50 DOLLARS?
