Called September 13th around 11pm to get assistance on an online order I made and got ignored. Whoever was working just answered the phone and walked away from the line although I could hear they were having a conversation about picking up more shifts so they weren’t busy. Just really would have liked help and felt very ignored as a customer.
This is the Taco I bought. 2 of the same thing. Food is usually cold and less than should be. Will not make that mistake again.
Great customer service in the drive thru every time I come through! Always hot and exactly as I order! Can’t complain, solid Taco Bell location that’s open late too!
