I’m seeing that I’m not the only one who has experienced terrible customer service at this location. I DoorDash and was alerted to go to Tacobell. When I pulled up I noticed there was no line in drive through and no one inside. At this point the time is 10:29 so I assumed the lobby would be closed. I have been to many locations doing what I do. One time they told me it would be a 25-minute wait on BEEF.. yes, the staple of 90% of the menu items. This time the chips tasted like they were fried in old oil and the taco's were cold. Do yourselves a favor and wait in line on Clearview.
DO NOT USE THEIR DRIVE THROUGH!! Honestly you should go to vets or bonnabel location regardless. The computer that we all have to talk to is annoying enough but at this location in particular, employees pretty much refuse to talk to customers. Whenever I’ve had a problem with the computer at another location, the person on the headset picks up and helps but no, not this location. They mess something up EVERYTIME I’ve been there.
