I like Taco Bell. I think it delicious. It's not real Mexican food, but who cares - it's tasty. They made a few unfortunate changes since the last time I was there. First, they took out the order takers and installed self-service kiosks. Employees are expensive, I get it. But it's still sad though. Second, they took out most of the tables. Went to drive thru, was asked if I'm using mobile app. I said no. Then it was silence for 5 minutes before I drove off. "Are you there?" "Hello?" I was the only car in line. Ridiculous.
