This is a nice Taco Bell. However, they insist that you use the kiosk which I dislike. A manager tried to submit my order on the kiosk and it was difficult even for her. I got my order submitted after repeatedly failing. Bring back the double decker taco!
the employees at this taco bell have absolutely no customer service attributes what so ever. i also ordered the chicken bacon ranch nacho fries and got about 8 fries and paid 5 dollars. i also got a cheesy gordita crunch that was supposed to be swapped with a DLT shell and it was not which isn’t a big deal but just annoying on top of everything else. they didn’t ask me anything about rewards or sauces or anything and while taking my order acted like they had 100 other things they would rather be doing. 0/10 don’t recommend :... read more

Absolutely terrible on every single level. I try to avoid this taco at all costs because I’ve been here 5 times now and every single time the food AND staff are horrible. This last time I had no choice on what location to go to, but honestly i should’ve just gone hungry. My grilled cheese burrito was COLD when i bit into it and the cheese was completely unmelted.
