Whoever came up with the idea to have a check in (kiosk) needs to be fired. 5 people standing around behind the counter doing nothing but pointing at the kiosk.. Taco bell and every other business thats decided to skip costs and hiring employees by having the customer responsible for placing their orders can and reap what they've sown. Zero stars. Horribly slow. The workers ignore you and take forever to make your food. Customer service is absolutely pathetic. You are wasting your time to come here
