manger was rude i believe her name was shaterra , i dine in and asked her if she could get someone to clean the table cause it was very dirty but she couldn’t hear me with the airpods she had in talking to someone, food was sloppy more sauce then steak n chicken
Whoever came up with the idea to have a check in (kiosk) needs to be fired. 5 people standing around behind the counter doing nothing but pointing at the kiosk.. Taco bell and every other business thats decided to skip costs and hiring employees by having the customer responsible for placing their orders can and reap what they've sown. We, the people paying,are the customer; its not my job to fulfill my order. I pay for the convenience, otherwise I'd eat at home. So.. Zero stars. Horribly slow. The workers ignore you and take forever to make your food. Customer service is absolutely pathetic. You are wasting your time to come here
