Went through the drive thru at 10:00 in the morning and all three employees were sitting in the lobby with everything shut down and doors locked but no signs posted that they weren’t open. Several cars sat in the drive thru with no acknowledgement as the employees stared through the windows.
This Taco Bell is good at one thing, and one thing only. Messing up your order. The food is cold, incorrectly prepared, and slopped into the bag. Tacos spill out in the bottom. Mexican pizzas are smashed. The store is unclean and gross. The employees just sit in the back and chit chat instead of actually providing service. The soda machine only dispenses flat soda. None of the tables are clean, so if you wanna sit and eat you have to wipe your own table off. I will never be going back here, and i hope everyone boycotts this ... read more
Save your money and go somewhere else. If your order is even remotely complex, this location will completely ruin it. Ordered two meals today and it was a complete disaster. Specifically requested NO tomatoes on my Mexican Pizza. Not only did they flood it with tomatoes anyway, but they shoved it at the very bottom of the bag so it was completely crushed under the rest of the food. THIS TACO IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!! ALWAYS MESSING UP ORDERS, ALWAYS OUT OF INGREDIENTS, ALWAYS BURNING THE FOOD, AND ALWAYS HAVING AN ATTITUDE WHEN YOU HAVE THEM FIX THEIR CRAP. LOOK AT THIS BURNT TRASH THEY HANDED ME AND THEN GOT AN ATTITUDE ABOUT FIXING IT LIKE I COOKED IT. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A QUESADILLA & GRILLED CHEESE BURITTO. ALSO, THIS IS THEIR VERSION OF THE ENCHIRITO?!?!? THIS IS A SOFT TACO AND A TINY BIT OF SAUCE AND CHEESE..... ILL POST THE PIC OF WHAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR COMPARISON!! 🤡 🌮 🔔 💩
