Food was garbage went like 2-3 hours before closing it was almost like they had burritos pre made sitting out to just give to customers disgusting horrible customer service and some of the worst concoction I’ve ever eaten
1/3/26 Night shift drive thru. The older lady taking orders is very short, direct, and rude. No Hello, welcome to Taco Bell or nothing. More what do you need. She should watch what she says on the intercom. When I said no to the donation, she said "Wow" like it is a problem. She wants to be rude by staring at me at the window. If she has a problem about not donating well, get over it. How about stop asking for donations all the time. It just goes straight to corporates' pockets anyway, so "Nooooo"
After paying over $33 for food…. My food wasn’t made correctly at all. None of my food had the ingredients in or on it. It was gross and thrown together. Will be in tomorrow for a refund and after that won’t be back. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Especially after a horribly long wait and no acknowledgment of it. Extremely POOR SERVICE!!
Everything was as expected in terms of Taco Bell. But the main issue with this Taco Bell, it is the getting in and out of this Taco Bell is a headache. The next time, I'll just drive further up the road and go to that other Taco Bell instead. Because I knew driving pass the other Taco Bell, it would be an easy in and easy out. At least for now. Maybe both locations would be a pain to get in and out in a few years due to growth in the area.
